The look that I’m giving my client’s for spring/summer is this grown out fringe. Do not think you have to have a fringe cut in and wait for it to grow out!! No no, basically I cut a side fringe in level to the eye, and then I cut a small section, eye level on the other side of the parting to give a strong look its cut blunt! I feel this look reminds me of a 60’s hippy.
