ONE SHAMPOO OR TWO?

Why does a hair salon shampoo my hair twice? 

The reason why your hair is shampooed twice is because the first shampoo is a cleansing shampoo that just cleanses the hair from dirt, excess oil’s and product’s. The type of shampoo that you can look for would be a deep or gentle cleansing shampoo. A shampoo that treat’s your hair type will be used for the second wash i.e.; scalp problems, coloured hair or naturally dry. Then towel dry the hair apply conditioner on mid length to ends, gently comb through and wash out.




It is important that you know what shampoo does what because if you get problems such as oil roots, you may be able to fix the problem with using the right shampoos!
