HERMIONE DE PAULA

One of my favourite show’s I have worked on is designer Hermione de Paula. Her first show was at one’s to watch at Vauxhall fashion scout, which I worked on. Now February 2010 she has been awarded a merit award and has a show on Monday 22nd.

This designer completely has feminine and sexy down to a T.

LWF A/W 2010 PART-2

And this is one I worked on at one's to watch LWF 2010.

LFW HAIR A/W 2010

Another big style that I love is the wet to dry look. This entail’s hair combed back with parting or without. Using a high shine thick gloss or a wax stick, applied from the forehead hair line to the top of the crown or occipital bone, then mid-length to end’s left dry. The look gives an appearance that the hair has been dipped in a pool.

London Fashion Week

Jasper Conran had this fabulous off set roll which has the influence from a victory roll from the 40’s but in a very contemporary way, a big favourite for me.

The Sexy High Bun

Sexy High Bun.

As you know the high bun is in right now and was a huge look on AW 09 on the catwalks. This bun is done with a messy finish and I think it goes great with shift tops, oversized blazers and tailored trousers. Check out my step by step.

THE SHAG

THE SHAG

I feel a good look for Summer 2010 is the hairstyle called ‘the shag’.

Originally inspired from the 70’s where things were carefree. This hairstyle is easy to look after, can be worn with or without a fringe, personally I prefer with a full straight fringe.
Length: long bob/ mid length

Hair depth: mid to thick

Products: volume mousse from root to tip

Also helps if there is a natural wave.
